I was going to skip the gym tonight, but about 45 minutes ago my stomach started to rumble and I began trolling the kitchen. I had a bag of microwave popcorn in my hand before I realized what I was doing.. I put it back and instead made a banana and orange smoothie with 1/2 a cup of 2% milk and lots and lots of ice. It was delicious and gave me the boost I needed to take my butt to the gym. Walking in now (but I’d rather be at home in bed with my TiVo remote keeping me comfy).
